Annual General Meeting 2017

2. PPSV AGM for the year 2017 will be held  on 21st October 2017 (Saturday)  at 3PM – 5PM, to elect  new  office bearers for the  term 2018 - 2019 . We would like to  invite all dedicated residents who are willing to commit their time and effort to give back to SV community,   continue the good works of the current PPSV Committee Members and  bring PPSV to the next level to step forward and take up the posts. This will be followed by a hi-tea for all.

Outstanding Maintenance Fees

3. We are already entering into the  final quarter of year 2017. Despite the many reminders  sent, we still have residents who  are yet to settle their outstanding fees. Please be reminded that our fund is RUNNING LOW! Table 1 shows the outstanding amount totaling to RM264,000 as of 29th August 2017.

Access Card

4. Due to the seriousness of the matter, in a meeting on 18th of Aug 2017, PPSV committee has decided to bar the access card of payment defaulters. This will be enforced from 15th September 2017.

• Residents with barred access card will have to use the visitor’s lane and acknowledge the outstanding fee list at each entry. The push button inside our main guard house for lifting open the boom gate will be disabled. This is to prevent payment defaulters from forcing security guards to lift the boom gate open for them.  Resident’s lane is strictly for the use of residents with valid access card only.

• House owners with more than 2 vehicles are required to purchase additional access cards at RM100/each from PPSV.

5. Access into the gym and the pool will also be denied to payment defaulters. Residents will have to use their access cards to enter the gym and the pool area. The doors will be equipped with a reader that allows entry for valid card holders only.

6. Please be respectful to our security cards at all times even if you are denied entry to the residents’ lane and/or use of facilities as they are only carrying out instructions. The unpleasant consequences of having the access card barred can be avoided if payment is made promptly.

7. Details of residents who fail to settle their fees by 15th September 2017 will be made public. PPSV committee requests all residents to help with persuading and urging errant neighbors to settle their outstanding payment. This is necessary to keep SV a safe place while maintaining our facilities and surroundings. Committee members alone are not responsible for payment recovery, residents’ help are also necessary to make it possible, as we are in this together.

Motorcyclist

8. All SV motorcyclists are required to access SV via visitor’s lane.

Star Signage

9. We request residents NOT to remove the star signage placed at your residence. This for the ease of managing and identifying outstanding units. However if you don’t need the star signage, please return it to the guard house.

10. We still have a limited number of star signage plates available for those who would be settling their 2017 fees before 15th Sep 2017. Upon receiving payment before or on the due date, the signage will be placed at your residence.

Zumba Session

11. PPSV will be organizing Zumba sessions which are open to all residents. This will be conducted at our basketball court. The objective of this activity is to unite SVians as well as to promote healthy lifestyle among us. The 1st Zumba session will be free of charge for all as it is sponsored by PPSV. The date and time of the session will be announced soon in our FB/ WA Group.
